Brian Plumb - A Senior Drilling/Well Engineer with over 30 years experience in well design, planning, drilling, completion, intervention, workover and abandonment operations. Brian has extensive experience in equipment, supervision and technical support of worldwide onshore and offshore well construction activities particularly in the North Sea and Middle East. Brian holds a BSc (Hons) Geology, Kings College, at London University and is a Member of the Institute of Mining, Metals & Materials, Chartered Engineer of the British Engineering Council, accredited EUR ING by the European Federation of National Engineering Associations and a Member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

Don Matthews - An Engineer with a multifaceted background. He received his BSc in Engineering from Dalhousie University and B Eng in Chemicals from The Technical University of Nova Scotia.
Stefan Terblanche - More than ten years experience in project engineering and supervision: Middle East, Far East, Americas, North Sea, Europe and Africa. He is focused, systematic, dynamic and passionate about his work. Able to travel at short notice and work anywhere in the world. Has been involved with numerous projects for the oil and gas industry where work entailed project planning, engineering design, scheduling and budgeting, tendering, contracting, procurement, logistics, operations, cost control and reporting. Stefan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mech.), from the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa with a specialization in strength of materials, fluid mechanics and design.
Clive French - A Completion & Well Test Engineer with 28 years experience with major multi-national oil companies. Completions include IWS three zone and dual zone completions and horizontal tree. Frac pack and frac pack programme including clean up programme and well test through the completion, long reach horizontal orientated perforated completion. Clive has managed the tender/contract process and written the test/completion programme for wells that he has worked on. Other areas of expertise include platform and well abandonment, specialized in HPHT work, designed and produced completion tools. Areas worked Egypt, North Sea UK, North Sea Holland, Trinidad, Baku, Bolivia, Angola, Cambodia, Indonesia, Nigeria, Venezuela, and Canada. He is also co-author of a paper on HPHT well test design.
Ron Nelson - A Deepwater Completion and Subsea Systems Engineer with 18 years experience with Major and Independent oil companies, including 14 years deepwater project experience. Ron has planning and supervisory experience offshore Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Nigeria, US Gulf of Mexico, UK Sector North Sea and People's Republic of China. He has taken several deepwater projects from Front-End Engineering and Design (FEED) through the tendering process to offshore for final subsea system and completion installation. Recent experience includes specification preparation and tender evaluation, well testing in remote locations, installing frac-pack and open-hole horizontal completions, performing work-overs, running subsea trees and installing other subsea equipment. With strong communication and leadership skills, Ron is able to interact effectively with operations teams and corporate management. Ron's broad technical skills can improve interfaces between drilling, facilities and operations teams during planning, installation and operation. Ron also has experience with production engineering, reservoir engineering and economic analysis and is able to maintain business perspective through project design and execution.
Kyle Morris - An Engineer with a Masters in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University, Kyle brings years of strong operational, engineering, supervisory and managerial skills to our team. Highly qualified, with 30 years of supervisory and hands-on experience as an Operations, Petroleum, and Exploration Well Site Supervisor on Oil and Gas properties, including drilling, completion, and production. Experience in the Gulf of Mexico and Louisiana inland waters. Seventeen years total international experience working/living in South America from July 1991 to December 2005. Since 2005, Kyle has been in Yemen, where he has had many successes drilling in a remote environment.

Sayed Moawad - Senior Drilling Engineer with 12 years of experience in technical limits drilling for deepwater, offshore and land. Areas of work include Yemen, Egypt, Red Sea, Mediterranean and Saudi. Projects include directional wells and vertical exploration wildcat high pressure deep wells. His Petroleum Engineering degree was gained at Suez Canal University (Egypt). He has published and presented several papers with Society of Petroleum Engineers. Fluent in English and Arabic.

Mohammed Reda - A Drilling Engineer with over 27 years world-wide experience in Well Construction with a background of extensive experience in offshore/onshore well design, project planning, project management, Drilling Engineering and Rig site Supervision duties. Particular expertise in drilling optimisation, well re-entry, Horizontal Drilling, Multi Lateral, Casing Expandable and Completion (Gas or Oil). He has a B.S. in Petroleum Production and Drilling Engineering from Suez Canal University (Egypt). Fluent in Arabic and English.

Trond Reinertsen - Completions and Well Intervention Engineer with over 15 years experience in oil and service companies. Experienced in planning and supervising well interventions and completion operations with wireline, coiled tubing, snubbing and drilling rig, platform and subsea. Knowledge of cased hole gravelpacking and sand cleanouts with coil and snubbing as well as WellCat tubing simulations. Strong understanding of well corrosion, including H2S/CO2/O2 corrosion, and materials selection in oil, gas and water/WAG wells. Areas worked include Egypt, Yemen and Norway. Trond has a Masters degree from University of Oslo.
Andrew Wiemann - Over 25 years experience in the oilfield industry including the last one and a half years working in the Western Desert of Egypt as Field Drilling General Manager for 29 Land rigs involving drilling, work over and completions. He also has 16 years as Drilling Supervisor in a large geographic area: (Bay of Campeche-Mexico, Dutch Sector-North Sea, Ecuador, Gulf of Mexico, Western Desert-Egypt and Bohai Bay-China ). Experience includes land, inland and offshore waters using various types drilling units various well depths and conditions. Strong background in logistics and operations support and enhance rig management skills. Working knowledge of DIMS and Wellview reporting systems.
Jimmy Tarasoff - Over 30 years experience working for oil companies in a variety of locations including Yemen, Russia, Kazakhstan and Canada. Competent in multi-zone completions, recent advances in fracturing technology and fracturing fluid systems. Systems include cross-linked water based, oil based, energized foam systems. Involved in fracture design. Well testing of critical sour wells with H2S contents of up to 40%, Gas well testing with rates of up to 60 MMscf/day, drilling and completions of horizontal gas wells. Knowledgeable on artificial lift systems including, ESP’s, tubing pumps, rod insert pumps and positive cavity pumps and in remedial cement squeezes and zone abandonment's.
Albert Blouin - 37 years of experience in Oil & Gas Operations, Domestic & International / Onshore & Offshore. Over ten years experience in UnderBalanced drilling and mudcap operations. Of the 100+ plus wells drilled UnderBalanced, over 30% utilized mudcap technology. Extensive horizontal and multi-lateral drilling in the Austin Chalk.
